ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus:  Earns ITIL Certification

RIYADH: ManageEngine, a division of Zoho Corp., announced that its AI-driven IT service management platform, ServiceDesk Plus, has achieved ITIL certification for 14 key ITSM practices.

The certification, awarded by PeopleCert, a global training and certification provider on 27 Feb 2025, validates ManageEngine’s commitment to aligning its service management platform with globally recognized ITIL best practices.

By obtaining ITIL certification, ManageEngine strengthens its position in the IT service management (ITSM) domain, ensuring that its platform helps businesses implement industry-standard service workflows efficiently.

PeopleCert evaluated ServiceDesk Plus under its ITIL Accredited Tool Vendor (ATV) program, assessing its alignment with ITIL frameworks and the expertise of ManageEngine’s staff. The certification covers 14 ITSM practices, including Incident Management, Change Enablement, and IT Asset Management.

Additionally, ManageEngine has joined PeopleCert’s ATV program as a Silver-tier member, with plans to certify more staff and further enhance ITIL alignment. Kumaravel Ramakrishnan, Director of Technology at ManageEngine, emphasized the company's focus on AI-driven advancements to improve service management capabilities.

ServiceDesk Plus is available in three editions Standard, Professional, and Enterprise with pricing starting at $13 per technician per month. More information is available at ManageEngine’s website.
